Design Story

The wraparound surface is built from layered acanthus-style foliage in gold and muted sage, curling outward from a circular focal panel that reads SOUTH CAROLINA GAMECOCKS around a garnet rooster emblem. Below it, the block C monogram anchors the lower third, with a small framed line reading JEWEL FEATHER sitting quietly at the base. The eye enters at the medallion, drifts down the vertical axis to the monogram, then settles. Faceted red accents at the handle mounts and gold banding at the rim and foot close the composition top and bottom. The restraint is in the color range: three tones, endlessly repeated, so the ornament never fragments.
